To ensure that you can see where I come from, I would like to elaborate a little on my own perspective on healing. Much has come to light in recent times and the information provided by luminaries is widespread and of great benefit to all seekers. And so I do not aim at repetition but would like to sum up my own view on some points that will build a base for any work with yourself, me or another healer.
Your body is your temple
Your body is ALWAYS on a journey of healing and of reconnecting you to your highest good. It is your greatest ally on the third plane of physical existence. It will never, at any point, do anything AGAINST you. Acting in a way that is directed against the well being of your body, even treating it as if there was something "wrong" with it, can not bring healing or expansion. On the other hand, it might well be a symptom of disconnection. Our body is an expression of our thoughts and feelings to a fullness that is not available to our conscious mind. A good connection to your body and emotional body is therefore a must. It is also a thing much aspired to and hardly ever possessed by human beings.

Under links I have added a number of facilitators and short describtions of what they do. Again, this is a personal choice, representing only a glimps into this fastly growing sector. Do not let yourself be smothered by the sheer number of possibilities and ways to embark upon, but breath in the spectrum of offerings like fresh air: as you yourself are boundless, so the boundless universe reflects your inviolable freedom back onto yourself, if you let it. In an ideal world, we would constantly be healing each other, much the way that animals groom each others fur. Not only does every healer bring different aspects and perspectives to light. Each healing encounter, be it professional or not, also evokes another aspect of self into your awareness. In each real connection to another you take more of this universe onto yourself. And here you see that there truely is no individual healing but only the healing of the All.
Do whatever feels good and necessary to you. Stay aware that you are the pilot of this journey. Nobody knows what you need better than you do at any given moment. Let that inner voice and light grow stronger. You really have no other choice. As nobody can hurt you or pull you down, unless you let them, so nobody can heal or elevate you, unless you have given them permission. As I said, your free will is inviolable. Become aware of the perspectives within yourself, lovingly embrace them all. The more you become aware of this, the fuller a life will you lead and bring to others as well.

The choice is purely personal and is meant as a starting point. From here you will easily find more and, with trust, be guided to practices that resonate with you.
I could not, even if I wanted to, give you a full account of the advantages of daily meditation, but advice you to approach the idea with an open mind. When I use the term "meditation", I do so in the widest sense, as an activity that allows you to centre yourself, ground yourself and come into alignment with your own chosen path. Whatever is the journey you are bound upon, only a daily activity that facilitates such reconnection with yourself can bring you into growing harmony with your needs, desires and purpose, and make change possible on any level. It is the space you create to become one with your higher consciousness as a gateway to universal consciousness. It is the space where you set your focus in life.

To a person who is in pain, physically or emotionally, all talk about light and oneness may sound like a verbal slap in the face. Do acknowledge and accept your emotions, even the negative ones. Only when you stay aware of them, can you change them. When the time is right. All healing journeys will bring you into awareness of the layers of negative or suppressed energies that you have accumulated throughout your life. You have released a trauma or healed a wound and right on it's heel follows the next issue. This can be rather frustrating. Know that this happens to every single person, no matter what they might be presenting on the outside. There is much you can do at any given moment to feel better, but feeling obliged to or cheating yourself into a better place is the opposite of healing.
Indeed, where your healing path is concerned, our beautiful Oneness with all other beings and this planet might also have a shadow side that needs to be brought to light and integrated. For those who are sensitive - and most of us are in one way or another - were often brought up to take responsibility, guilt, sickness etc. unto themselves from an early age, resulting in a more pronounced collective connectedness. This amazing talent and propensity needs to be freed of the inbuilt abuse structures that pull the negative energies into the self, because this self considers itself responsible for the wellbeing of a person, a group of people or even the entire planet. In other words, your illness might not even be your illness. Here, as in many cases, awareness is key.
